A Place to Grow

Welcome to Impact dance

The St. James Dance Program gives young dancers a place to grow. Classes focus on early technique, body awareness, and creative movement—led by experienced instructors who meet each dancer where they are. It’s designed for beginners and those with a little experience, offering clear next steps as they improve. Dancers leave class with stronger skills and the foundation they need to keep progressing, whether recreationally or toward competitive performance.

From First Steps to Center Stage

A Pathway to Performance

Our program is intentionally designed to grow with your child. Dancers who begin in recreational classes can audition for our pre-professional Impact Dance Project—home to national champions, collegiate standouts, and rising stars. From their very first plié to a center-stage solo, every step is supported.

Consistency That Builds Confidence—Flexibility That Fits Your Family

Our 10-month class structure gives dancers the consistency to accelerate their growth—building technique, confidence, and a deeper love of dance over time. This extended format allows for meaningful progress while still offering families the freedom to pay as you go and cancel anytime. It’s the best of both worlds: structure that supports development, with the flexibility your schedule demands.
